Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address. Payment card and digital wallet details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, including our website platform's payment system, PayPal, and Apple Pay; we do not store your full payment card information on our own servers. We (and our website platform) may also automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and browsing activity through cookies and similar technologies, which help keep the Site working properly and let us understand how visitors use it.
How We Use and Share Your Information
We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your orders, communicate with you about orders, promotions, and customer service, maintain your account (including access to member-only merchandise), improve and secure the Site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders — such as our website and e-commerce platform, payment processors, and shipping carriers — and as required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on the security features of our website platform and payment processors, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Contact Us
You may review and update your account information at any time by logging into your account, and you can contact us at order@kuksoolwon.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted to this page.
